NexusTiers

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 22 September 2026

These terms apply when you use nexustiers.com, its public API, the TierTagger mod or the NexusTiers Discord servers. By using any of them you agree to these terms.

1. About NexusTiers

NexusTiers is a free, community-run tier list for Minecraft PvP gamemodes, run by kappader4 from Switzerland. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. It is not affiliated with any other tier list.

2. How tiers work

3. Rules for testing

When you take part in testing you agree not to:

Breaking these rules can lead to your tiers being removed and a ban from testing. Each Discord server's own rules also apply.

4. Using the public API

The endpoints /players and /tier/<uuid> (and the same paths under /mace, /spearmace and /smp) are free to use for personal and community projects. Please cache results and do not send large numbers of automated requests. We may rate-limit or block traffic that slows the service down, and the API can change without notice.

5. The TierTagger mod

6. Buying ranks

Ranks for the Nexus Vanilla server are sold through our store page. Checkout, payment and payment data are handled by Tebex under their own terms and privacy policy. We never see your card details.

Ranks are cosmetic and convenience perks. They do not give an advantage in tier testing and have no effect on your tier on this website.

7. Ownership

The NexusTiers name, logo, website design, text and the TierTagger mod belong to NexusTiers. Do not copy them or present them as your own. Minecraft usernames and skins belong to their owners. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

8. Liability

NexusTiers is a free hobby project. We try to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise that it is always available or error-free. As far as Swiss law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using the website, the API, the rankings or the mod. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for intentional acts or gross negligence.

9. Changes and ending access

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use NexusTiers after a change means you accept it. We may stop offering any part of NexusTiers, or block access for anyone who breaks these terms.

10. Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by Swiss law. For questions, contact kappader4@gmail.com or open a support ticket in a NexusTiers Discord server. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
