Do I need VIP before buying VIP+?
Yes. VIP+ requires the VIP rank. VIP is a one time purchase and is permanent, while VIP+ lasts 30 days.
What happens when VIP+ runs out?
VIP+ expires after 30 days. Your VIP rank is permanent, so you keep it, and you can buy VIP+ again at any time.
I typed the wrong username. What now?
Purchases go to the account you log in with, so check the name carefully before paying. If something went to the wrong account, open a ticket in our Discord.
